Windy day jobs... - 30 Nov 15

A session in the polytunnel on a very windy day is never peaceful!  The polythene flaps against the poles, the doors get buffeted, and my furry assistant can't wait to get back outside!  It is, however, much better working out of the wind.
The first of today's jobs was clearing the old Dahlia stems and their supporting netting - piling the plant material in our newly extended compost area, and rolling up all of the useful netting ready for next year.  There was also some potting up of Veronica seedlings, germinated in modules and now needing to grow on in little pots over the winter ready to plant out in the spring.
Finally, a bit of a tidy up outside  so that the big door could be better secured...  last winter it blew off it's hinges and landed on our Tulips!
