Our first Wedding of the season... - 16 Mar 20

Emily and Stephen were keen to have locally grown, seasonal flowers for their Spring Wedding at Blackstock Estate.
We gathered a gorgeous mix of fresh Spring flowers in pastel colours, plus lush foliage for their Wedding bouquets, buttonholes and table centrepieces.  Ranunculus, Anemones, and Matthiola in white, soft pink and salmon, Viburnum tinus, delicate Hellebores and a few apricot Tulips.  We also cut fresh Spring foliage...  Griselinium, Rosemary and Pittosporum, and foraged some fluffy pussy willow catkins from a nearby field.
Matching hand-tied bouquets for Emily and her flowergirl were carefully put together and secured with natural raffia ties.  White Ranunculus and foliage were used for the buttonholes, with a little sprig of catkins.
Wrist corsages for some of the ladies...

For the tables in Blackstock Estates' lovely Granary Barn...   little groupings of raffia-trimmed jars filled with a natural mix of stems, to match the Bridal party flowers.
